Marbella - Nueva Andalucia

The area of Nueva Andalucia centers around the bullring and stretches out towards the harbor and up to the golf valley, eventually climbing into the background of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range.

history

Nueva Andalucia was developed by the Catalan property developer José Banus who came to Marbella in 1962 to transform this beautiful piece of landscape into a residential residential area. The works were started from the port of Puerto Banus in 1965. From 1968 the port, the crown jewel of the entire area, was inaugurated Nueva Andalucia has grown into a beautiful residential area close to the fashionable.

The architect Noldi Schrek, designer of the mythical Beverly Hills, contributed to the development of this area. A mix of large villas and exclusive complexes with luxury apartments, you will notice how beautiful and spacious everything has been set up during a drive or walk through Nueva Andalucia.

What to do in Nueva Andalucia

For entertainment and entertainment, the resident of Nueva Andalucia should not travel far. The area is ideal for those who to be based close to the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the arena, and it is also an excellent base to explore the whole of the Costa del Sol.

Nueva Andalucia is more a residential area, than a town, but it has all the facilities and amenities of a town, without the major hustle and bustle, traffic and noise.
